At first, you implement following sequence from 1 to 3 to READ/WRITE something on LTO5/6 tape. If you complete reading or writing, implement 4 or 7.

  1. LTFS format
    - When a new tape is purchased
    - A tape used without LTFS
    - A LTFS tape is formatted
  2. Mount of LTFS tape
  3. Data input/output
  4. Unmount of LTFS tape
  5. Rollback
  6. Repair of LTFS data inconsistency
  7. Eject of LTO tape
