These emails are not affiliated with us in any way. We kindly ask that you do not respond to these emails or follow any instructions they contain.

Characteristics of these unsolicited emails include:
  • 1) The sender's domain is different from our official domain (unitex.co.jp) or the sender's address is forged.
  • 2) The emails contain expressions of urgency.
  • 3) There are links or attachments that you do not recognize.
  • 4) The emails request that you respond by scanning a QR code through social media or chat services.
If you receive such an email, please take the following precautions and delete it:
  • 1) Do not reply to the email.
  • 2) Do not click on any attachments or links.
  • 3) Do not provide any personal information or transfer any money.
