UNITEX understands our social responsibility to be aware of the importance of protecting personal information and to gain the trust at all business activities. UNITEX established the following Privacy Policy and aims to disseminate to all employees, will strive to fulfill that purpose.
UNITEX recognizes the importance and the role of personal information, to build and implement a personal information protection management system. In order to preserve the effectiveness of the personal information protection management system, UNITEX will audit periodically and strive to continuously improve the system.
UNITEX, on clearly defined purposes, with the consent of the person, make the collection of personal information by fair means and appropriately within the scope of our business. UNITEX will not use or not provide the personal information beyond the scope necessary for the achievement of the objective.
UNITEX takes reasonable safety measures in order to ensure the accuracy of personal information and takes corrective action to prevent unauthorized access, loss of personal information, destruction, alteration or leakage of the personal information.
UNITEX establishes the basic policies and internal regulations which conform and comply with requirements of laws and regulations such as Personal Information Protection Law, Unfair Competition Prevention Law, Control Law of Injustice Access. Also, UNITEX complies the contractual security obligations with the customers.
When UNITEX received a complaint or consultation about handling of personal information, UNITEX will take appropriate action quickly and sincerely.
UNITEX personal information protection management system, according to change of management content, social change, technological change and changes in the laws and regulations, will be reviewed periodically and promotes the improvement continuously.
