4K technology was widely introduced
Number of 4K equipment was drastically increased in 2014 NAB. The most of equipment and publication of world wide countries was occupied by 4K technology in 2015 NAB Show. We felt that the transition to the 4K technology has been really ongoing since there were many solutions about IP broadcasting and about transition from HD to UHD at 2015 NAB Show. Also, one of the trends of this year is that LTO tape products have been used as archive device for bigger capacity of video data due to transition to 4K technology.

Under those circumstances, UNITEX displayed the World's first USB3.0 LTO-6 tape drive "LT60 USB", several solutions as in combination with archive/backup software, and portable LTO archive system "Handy LT". By appealing that we have been working together with global software companies, we were able to have widely been recognized as high reliability company.
In the booth XenData who has been selling a product "LT60 USB" embedded as well as in the booth of axle Video, YoYotta and Imagine Products, UNITEX products were displayed and introduced. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the partners taking this opportunity.

UNITEX brand awareness was increased at 2015 NAB Show.
There were many visitors who were introduced UNITEX at our partners' and LTO consortium booth. We recognized that the awareness and interest to LTO tape drive in the broadcast industry has been increased.
In addition, we got many inquiries from the visitors around the world. We felt that UNITEX and its products are being recognized worldwide at the exhibition.
The most recent big event is Summer Olympic in Brazil held on 2016. Also, in Asia, Korea Winter Olympic will be held on 2018. It can be expected that the technologies will be evolved dramatically toward these big events. By utilizing strength of UNITEX which UNITEX has been proposing to archive 4K video data to LTO tape, we would like to extend our respond capability to the solutions.
